Synopsis:

After the death of his mother, 10-year-old Teo moves to a new town with his father. At school, he is isolated, until he meets Ro, a funny feathered dinosaur with amazing abilities. Ro's friendship helps the young boy find his feet. But time is running out to help Ro find his family and save the forest.
The only person who knows Teo's new friend is Mia, his neighbor and only friend. Their shared passion for dance will spark a great adventure and help the friends bring Ro home and prevent the destruction of the forest.

MAGDALENA OSIŃSKA

Director and author

Magdalena OSIŃSKA is a multi-platform animation director, designer and animator. She directed the film "I Am Your Mother" for Aardman Animation, for season 2 of Disney's "Star Wars: Visions" (available on Disney+ since May 6, 2023).

A graduate of 2 film and fine arts schools in Warsaw, she has worked on short and feature-length animated films and commercials, including Wallace and Gromit's "The Great Sofa Caper". She works with Aardman Animations (Chiken Run, Wallace & Gromit...), one of the world's leading animated film producers and four-time Oscar winner. Her short films include the multi-award-winning "Spirits of the Piano" and "The Silence of Sons".

"Ro" will be her first feature film as writer and director.
