Exclusive Broadcast of Murders in Chartres!

This film, written by Thomas Griffet & Lionel Pasquier and directed by Sandrine Cohen, is the first standalone feature produced by Les Films du Cygne for France Télévisions. It will air on Saturday, June 14, 2025, on France 3 and be available for replay on france.tv.

Synopsis: As a wedding is about to take place, the lifeless body of one of the witnesses is found in the crypt of the cathedral, near the Well of the Strong Saints. The investigation is entrusted to Police Captains Victoire and Pierre Templard. Married in real life, the investigator couple quickly realizes that the murder is connected to the legend of the Pregnant Virgin. The case becomes all the more delicate as Victoire and Pierre are both vying for the soon-to-be-vacant commissioner position. And despite the love and respect they have for each other, all blows are allowed.

The cast features the fantastic Gil Alma and Alexia Barlier, alongside Pasquale D’Inca, Bourgois Benjamin, Kamel Isker, Nathan Gruffy, Florence Coste, Laurence Facelina, Ariane Zantain...
